DESCRIPTION
For an all encompassing year-round safety boot, MONSTER 8" is equipped with slip-resistance features and anti-fatigue technology for shock absorption and energy return. Work in confidence with a boot that is CSA/ASTM approved and ESR/EH rated.
FEATURES
Upper:
- Mid-height, waterproof leather upper with breathable membrane and comfort padded top collar
- Corrosion-resistant, non-metallic hardware and catch-resistant speed lacing system
- Combination-welted and direct-injection construction for improved fit and lightweight functionality
- Pull loop at the back for ease of entry
Base:
- Composite Safety Toe and Plate
- Rubber toe guard and Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) external heel counter
- Moulded mid-sole for high-performance stability
- Anti-fatigue insole and base technology for shock absorption and energy return
- Dual density Polyurethane (PU) midsole for added comfort
- Oil and acid resistant rubber outsole
- Deep lug sole with multi-directional traction and durable comfort zones
- Tested in accordace to Z195-14 for Coeffiency of Friction (COF) on Quarry tile/stainless steel/wet and dry surfances, at room temperature and cold climate conditions
Insulation:
Fixed-Fit multi-layer inner boot system featuring:
- Thermaplush™ soft, next-to-foot wicking layer for warmth
- Form-fitting B-Tek™ Foam lining for comfort
- Fixed frost plate returns heat and reflects cold for temperature regulation
- Waterproof breathable membrane with booty construction for regulated wet protection
- Comparable to 100g insulation, for dependable cold-weather protection
